Driven by a passion for cooking, our “Chef of the house” Luca gained years of experience abroad but return to his beloved Sardinia to marry an idea of cooking that has its origins in the family farm.
As traditional rice growers with a strong sense of belonging to the territory, we want to guarantee our customers a product that is sold and consumed within a few kilometres from where it was grown. We mostly buy products directly from the producer, thus guaranteeing an authentic experience and genuine flavour.
